When the Blue Roof Appears

Friends of Hope,

This year, two families quietly stepped forward to help Hope International build our much needed second, three-story structure. It replaces a single-story building that was partially inhabitable because of structural dangers.

This week Hope International’s iconic blue roof went on and cheers erupted.

This is what happens when people of Hope step forward.

Sew Much Love

Dear Friends of Hope,

Our Liberian friends created such beautiful gifts for (un)Event’s Box of HOPE. They were sewn with love and hope for you by Sew Much Hope students. Reserve yours by purchasing a Box of HOPE for the (un)Event fundraising celebrations on April 30th. With only 30 boxes left, don't wait too long to (un)Attend! Boxes are available for purchase through April 8th or until sold out.

Sew Much Hope is one of the three vocational programs at Hope International providing educational opportunities and business training for students and community members.

When you (un)Event with us on April 30th, you are supporting the work of Hope International and all of the students, staff, dedication, education, and opportunity that it houses.

Smith & Laplace Transform

Dear Friends of Hope,

Smith Samah, a Hope International 2014 graduate, is working towards his master’s degree in engineering in India. He recently, shared his paper, Applications of Laplace Transformation in Mechanical Engineering, was published in the International Research Journal of Modernization in Engineering Technology.

We may not understand the paper, but we do understand this. Smith is amazing. He is intelligent and will spend the rest of his life in leadership roles in Liberia. Without the partnership he has received, the path to his dreams may not have been possible.

When you gather and give at this year’s (un)Event on April 30th, and throughout the year, you are making a way forward for students like Smith.
