News From Liberia.

Through your generosity, the $4,000 raised has been wired to Liberia and the community hub will be operational within the week. The gratitude from Liberia is palpable. Our principal, Joseph Cummings, has this message for you: “I want to extend our thanks to all of the donors of The Hope Project. We are all facing the same problem and you continue to support our community. May God bless you for all your help.” We look forward to sharing with you photos and stories of the community hub very soon.

As of today, Liberia has 59 confirmed cases and 6 deaths. The country continues to adjust to quarantine measures. Click here for an article if you are interested in learning more.

Just like you, no one around here has felt much like dancing...that is until you blew us away with your generosity! In 4 days, you exceeded the $4000 goal needed for a community hub. We will begin the work to open our hub immediately, meeting the needs of our Liberian friends and partners. Your support during this global health crisis is appreciated beyond measure.

Community Hub Update.

Yesterday we shared the need. $4,000 in 4 days.

Today, not quite 24 hours later, we are over half way there.

With your help, we will open a temporary community hub at the school, supplying the school families and the surrounding community with emergency food and sanitation supplies.

Together, we will be ready.
